I founded Craftynest June 2008 as an inspirational, do-it-yourself home decorating blog, featuring one new craft each week. I offer step-by-step tutorials for pretty and practical crafts on a budget. Projects range from spice racks to rolling toolboxes. Reused, repurposed, or salvaged supplies plus serious bargain hunting are the standard for every project. It all started when I decided to reupholster an ottoman myself. It snowballed from there.
